Notes from Warehouse Sale 2007 Things got off to a great start at Gerstner’s 27th Annual Warehouse Sale. Thursday, June 7th was Owners Club Day – a special preview day for members of The Gerstner Owners Club. Nearly 160 people consisting of Members and their guests were treated to coffee and doughnuts, a factory tour, early admission to the warehouse sale and a barbeque cookout of hamburgers and hotdogs. They also received a gift. Some limited 100-year anniversary items were available for purchase with some special prototype offerings that were snapped up pretty quickly. The Sale was open to the public from Friday, June 8th to Sunday, June 10th with some items being left on display through the week of June 11 to June 15 (Monday thru Friday). Sunday has been the ever popular "extra discount day" - now a standard feature for the sale. In addition to Gerstner products, other items on display included our Gerstner International division of products, new and antique furniture, precision scales, turned bowls, antique tools, wood turnings, Miscellaneous plywood and hardware - both new and old hardware. We had more new vendors who joined us with wood products and carvings - they were very popular and we hope they will join us again next year. Thank you to all who attended – this event gets better every year. Not only did a whole lot of happy customers purchase Gerstner Chests and other sale items; we also had a number of people who took the time to talk to us about new product suggestions and ideas for our company. Gerstner customers are the greatest and we look forward to planning an even bigger event next June. To learn more about the benefits of joining The Gerstner Owners Club, click here for information.
