Jane Campbell Gagel: All-around Gerstner Workhorse & Lackey (not in photo above)

Jane will help with placing an order, information on The Gerstner Owners Club, catalog requests and product information. She is hearing impaired - so she asks for your patience if she asks you to repeat things. As you can see from her self-chosen job title she also has a sense of humor. She can also answer questions as to when your order will ship, or product information.

Kim Campbell Armstrong: VP & Marketing Manager

Kim will help with placing an order, inquiries concerning volume discounts, repairs & refurbishing. If you are interested in becoming an Authorized Gerstner Distributor she will assist you. Kim does most of the shows listed on our News and Events page. Even though she may be out of town during these times, she is still reachable via email.

Scott Campbell: Operations Manager

Ask for Scott if you want our company to design or quote a custom product – he will work with you on building from one item to quantities in the thousands. Scott is also our Webmaster and welcomes your questions and comments pertaining to our Web site.

Jack Campbell: Company President

Jack is happy to talk with customers anytime he is in the office (make sure you check his schedule before leaving a message). If you have any comments concerning product quality, suggestions for new products or questions relating to The Gerstner Owners Club – ask for Jack. In his absence – ask for Kim or Scott. Kim still checks his emails while he's gone and will advise people if they need to wait for a reply.
